Cognitive Behaviour Therapy A Therapeutic Model Or Biblical Principle?


The idea of therapy scares the majority of individuals for many reasons they don’t want to talk about their feelings, lack money or trust in therapy as well as a number of weird therapy types.

However, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, one of the most effective kinds of therapy is known to be effective on a range of problems like anxiety disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse, and post-traumatic disorder.
