Mental health is a prevalent issue: Mental health problems affect a significant portion of the population, and many people struggle with these issues silently. Churches have a responsibility to address mental health problems and provide support to those in need.
There is often a stigma associated with mental health issues, which can prevent people from seeking help however churches can play a vital role in reducing this stigma by providing education, support, and resources to those struggling with mental health problems.
